On October 25, CITYPAK joined Homeless Connect Toronto for its annual One-Stop-Shop event at Toronto’s Mattamy Athletic Centre, providing 408 CITYPAKs to neighbors experiencing homelessness, with support from Samsonite.
Homeless Connect Toronto’s One-Stop-Shop brings essential services together in one welcoming place, connecting guests with resources including healthcare, housing support, legal services, employment assistance, clothing, meals, ID services and more. Over the past decade, Homeless Connect Toronto has connected more than 7,000 guests with over 30,000 supports and services across its events.
CITYPAK is proud to be part of this year’s #HCT13 event and to help ensure that guests have a durable, dignified way to carry and protect their belongings as they access vital services and support. We’re grateful to Homeless Connect Toronto for its continued commitment to the community—and to Samsonite for helping make this distribution possible.
